These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases and use of products and services from FPZERO Simulators, a division of Attollos Technology Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07706640, VAT No. GB 312 8132 39). By placing an order through our website or with our sales team, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. General
- Eligibility: To purchase from FPZERO Simulators, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products/services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the revised date.
2. Orders & Payment
- Placing an Order: Orders can be placed online via our website or directly with our sales representatives. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when payment is received and your order is confirmed.
- Payment Terms:
- Simulators: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build slot. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of your simulator and before shipping. For purchases made through the website, deposit can be made via debit/credit card. The balance is by bank transfer only.
- Components & Accessories: Payment in full is required at checkout.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. The balance on simulator payments must be paid by bank transfer prior to delivery/installation. To pay by card, additional costs may be incurred by the customer.
- Currency: All prices are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only once payment has cleared.
- Pricing & Errors: We strive for accuracy in pricing and product information. If an error is identified before order dispatch, we will contact you for instructions or cancel and refund your order.
3. Order Processing & Lead Times
- Simulators: All simulators are made to order. Estimated production time is 2–3 weeks from receipt of deposit. Lead times may vary based on demand or custom requirements; you will be notified of any delays.
- Components & Accessories: In-stock items are typically dispatched the next working day if ordered before 12:00 GMT.
- Order Amendments: You may request changes to your order before production commences. Once production has started, amendments may not be possible.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Simulator Orders: You may cancel your simulator order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the custom nature of the build.
- Components & Accessories: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. If already dispatched, refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
5. Product Descriptions & Availability
- Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. If errors are discovered, we reserve the right to correct them and will contact you before proceeding with your order.
- Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Methods:
- UK Orders: Orders over £200: Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day, tracked and insured). Orders under £200: Royal Mail 24h Tracked service.
- International Orders: Simulators: Shipping is invoiced separately. We will provide a quote and collect payment prior to dispatch. Components & Accessories: Shipped via UPS, fully tracked and insured.
- Delivery Times: UK: 1–2 working days; Europe: 3–5 working days; Rest of World: 5–10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- Dispatch Notifications: You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
- Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damage or discrepancies to us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Simulators: Simulators are custom-built and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage in transit. If your simulator arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos and a detailed description. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- Components & Accessories: You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. The return item must be received within 14 days
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact hello@fpzero.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Warranty & Support

Warranty Coverage:
- All FPZERO products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and failure of components. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Complete simulators come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects and failure of components. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Third party products sold by FPZERO are backed by the original manufacturer warranty, and support is provided directly by the manufacturer.

- All simulator customers will receive access to our 24/7 support portal on delivery/installation of their simulator.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPZERO Simulators and Attollos Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of FPZERO Simulators or its licensors. Reproduction or use of any content without permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
